About Our Services

Oriondo Surveying Services provides professional land surveying and geodetic engineering services led by Engr. Joshua Omar F. Oriondo, a licensed Geodetic Engineer. Services include but are not limited to relocation surveys, verification surveys, topographic surveys, subdivision and consolidation surveys, as-built surveys, hydrographic surveys, lot plans with vicinity maps, and land titling support.

Website Use

• The Website is provided for general information and client inquiries
• You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation
• Content on the Website may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission
• We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time

Inquiries and Quotations

Information submitted through phone, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, or other channels is used to prepare quotations and project assessments. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until both parties agree in writing or through confirmed engagement terms.

Pricing depends on survey type, property size, location, site conditions, urgency, and documentation requirements.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate property information, titles, previous survey plans, and relevant documents
• Grant safe and timely site access for field surveys
• Coordinate with co-owners, occupants, or neighbors when required for boundary work
• Review deliverables promptly and raise concerns within a reasonable period
• Pay agreed fees according to the terms of your project agreement

Service Deliverables

Survey outputs may include field notes, calculations, plans, maps, reports, and other documents prepared in accordance with applicable standards and project requirements. Final deliverables depend on the agreed scope of work.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, survey plans, drawings, reports, and related materials prepared by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive the usage rights necessary for the intended purpose of the engagement.

Payment and Scheduling

Payment terms, schedules, and accepted methods will be communicated during quotation or project confirmation. Work may be paused or withheld if agreed payments are not received.

Cancellation and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, notify us as early as possible. Fees for work already performed, mobilization, or third-party costs may still apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Website use or services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Our liability for any claim related to a specific project is limited to the fees paid for that project, unless otherwise required by applicable law or professional regulations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

Changes to Terms
